About Dhawal
Dhawal Wadaskar joined Akraya in 2015 as Director, Technology. Dhawal brings over 20 years of IT industry experience, successfully managing large teams across continents and delivering leading-edge solutions to marquee clients. He is a client-focused business professional with a robust network of Chief Experience Officer client partners.
At Akraya, Dhawal builds the company’s technology best practice and is responsible for the development and maintenance of the company’s SOW sales and delivery process.
Prior to joining Akraya, Dhawal was the Vice President of Delivery at Ness Technologies, responsible for delivery solutions of the entire Western United States. Preceding that, he held a 10-year career as a General Manager with Mindtree. Dhawal possesses a rich cross-cultural expertise with experience working in multiple countries.
Dhawal enjoys traveling and good food. He and his family have lived in the Bay Area since 2010. He holds an MBA with a focus in Finance and Marketing and a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering technology from Nagpur University in Maharashtra, India.
